Our solar lights are so reliable that out of the over 40,000 fixtures we have installed, we maintain our goal of less than 0.07% of lights being out.
Our Customer Experience team is committed to getting any malfunctioning FLT lights back into service as quickly as possible. Our technical support staff will walk you through troubleshooting within 24 hours of contact. If a part needs to be repaired or replaced, we aim to send it back to you within 48 hours once it’s in-house. We’re here to support you every step of the way, even after a warranty ends! We stand behind what we sell.
