Capp Smith Park, located in Watauga, Texas, features a 1.2-mile pathway surrounding a lake filled with nine natural springs within the confines of the lake area. This beautiful park is a popular attraction for residents and includes playgrounds, picnic areas, and fishing.

One hundred First Light SCL2 solar luminaires light Capp Smith Park’s long pathway, playground, and parking lots, improving accessibility and safety after the sun goes down. The SCL2 Series lights replaced over 200 wired bollards around the park and saved the City of Watauga thousands by avoiding rewiring, taking full advantage of solar lighting’s flexibility.
