Position Overview

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Your role will be to support our Regional Sales Team members to win more business. You will be able to put your talents to work to assist FLT in getting to the next level. 

By joining the sales team, you will be able to make a measurable difference both in our sales performance and in reducing greenhouse gas emissions through the increased adoption of off-grid solar lighting.


  • Create, qualify opportunities, and close deals in coordination with the Regional Sales Representatives/Managers
  • Qualify and route leads to Regional Sales Representatives/Managers
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with prospects and customer accounts
  • Calling on an existing base of customers to maintain and develop repeat business 
  • Updating our CRM database daily
  • General office administration duties


  • Excited to engage people via phone, email, and in person
  • Willing to work hard and keen to learn with a strong desire for success
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively with excellent attention to detail
